My husband and I have been looking for a new home for almost a year now, and we’ve finally found a winner! It’s the cutest little bungalow on our dream street and since it’s a bit of a fixer upper, it’s going to be a great deal. We haven’t moved in yet and wont for about another month, but I’m trying to get the checklist started before it’s crunch time. I’ve already talked to a tax attorney about the credits we’re going to receive and I also researched security systems athttp://www.totalalarmsystems.com/ so we won’t have to deal with it once we move in. I can’t wait for John and I to finally have a house we can call our own and this one is big enough that we can definitely start our family here. I love calling myself a homeowner and don’t really feel “adult” enough to be in this phase of life! Once we move in, I can’t wait to get started decorating the place so it looks and feels like a real home!
